Priced below market rate, this community is designed to attract renters seeking quality housing at an affordable cost. At $51.5 million and comprising 262 units, Harbor Heights is the largest development undertaken by Foundation Investments to date. The project was a remarkable success, with construction completed more than two months ahead of schedule and leasing finalized a full 14 months ahead of projections. Key highlights of Harbor Heights include:

- Opened at approximately 95% occupancy in April 2022.
- Offers a variety of floor plans, from alcove to three-bedroom apartments.
